Spiral Tube

Spiral pipe, also known as spiral steel pipe or spiral welded pipe, is made of low carbon structural steel or low alloy structural steel strip rolled into a pipe billet at a certain angle of the spiral line (called the forming angle) and then the pipe seam is welded together, which can produce large diameter steel pipes from narrower strips of steel.
Spiral pipes are mainly used for oil and gas transmission pipelines, and their specifications are expressed in terms of outer diameter * wall thickness. Spiral pipe has single-sided welded and double-sided welded. The welded pipe should ensure that the hydraulic test, tensile strength of the weld seam and cold bending performance meet the requirements.
Spiral pipes are mainly used in water supply engineering, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, electric power industry, agricultural irrigation and urban construction, and are one of the twenty key products developed in China. For liquid conveying: water supply, drainage, sewage treatment works, mud transport, marine water transport. For gas transportation: gas, steam, liquefied petroleum gas. For structural use: piling pipes, bridges, docks, roads, building structures, marine piling pipes, etc.
